CNC Slant Bed Lathe
CNC-Takang specializes in designing, developing and manufacturing of high performance lathe machines. The VR Series heavy duty slant bed lathes are specially designed for heavy cutting. Equipped with-
- MASSIVE TAILSTOCK: The heavy tailstock construction assures maximum stability in heavy duty machining. Extra long quill travel reduces interference range to the tool turret. Tailstock motions are program controlled for operation convenience.
- FAST, PRECISE TURRET: The turret employs a conical clutch for high accuracy positioning and features bidirectional random tool selection.
Feature
- Tool change is fast accomplished in only 1 sec. (adjacent tool), and 2.7 sec. (opposite tool).
- 45 degree slant bed provides easier chip removal.
- High-speed indexing and positioning idle time.
- Heavy-duty specification with max. cutting diameter 500mm.
- The powerful and rigid spindle offer max. speed 2500rpm. (OPT 3000rpm)
