Bhaskar Dutta is President and Chief Operating Officer of DM3D Technology, a leading metal additive manufacturing (AM) company. Dr. Dutta has over 28 years of experience in the field of metallurgy and metal processing, including 16 years in AM (3D Printing) industry. He has been directly involved in AM research and technology development as well as commercialization of the AM technology. He has multiple technical publications and presentations in the field of AM, as well as authored books and book chapters on AM. He also has multiple patents in the area of metal AM. Bhaskar is a member of ASM International and AMPM Program Committee.

Gisbert Ledvon is the Director of Business Development Machine Tool for HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION in North America. With over 25 years of extensive corporate industrial machine business experience, Ledvon is responsible for growing the CNC control side of the HEIDENHAIN business in this region.Ledvon is responsible for developing a strategy to drive technical value and commercial demand for the admired high-end TNC controls at the end user and OEM levels.In addition, Ledvon is charged with leading a team of 5-axis machining, programming and technology specialists at HEIDENHAIN’s North American subsidiary in Schaumburg, IL.Prior to joining HEIDENHAIN,Ledvon served as the Director of Business Development for many years, as well as the Applications Manager prior to that, both for GF Machining Solutions.

James has extensive experience in most joining technologies and related manufacturing processes such as welding automation, nondestructive analysis, and metal forming. He has worked with companies across industry including aerospace, consumer electronics, automotive, and heavy equipment, to name a few.

James joined EWI after working for 10 years at Honda of America Manufacturing in Marysville, OH. Since joining EWI, his diverse projects have ranged from tooling and fixturing development, welding automation, procedure optimization andqualification of weld procedures for manufacturing applications. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as EngineeringManager at EWI, leading three of our technology teams:Resistance & Solid-State Welding, Nondestructive Testing, andFriction Stir Welding.

His responsibilities include developing and delivering new value-driven services to clients while ensuring customers receive superior service throughout our engagements. Dominic has more than 20 years of experience in service and product development for multiple markets, including aerospace, naval, commercial, and industrial products.
